BC Hydro reports it restored power to nearly all customers who have been without electricity since the bomb cyclone earlier this week.
Four Canadian passengers who were onboard MV Hondius during a hantavrius will fly to an airport near Quebec City where they'll switch planes to return to British Columbia.
