Vancouver college becomes first B.C. school to sign pledge banning NDAs in abuse cases

A small private college in Vancouver has become the first post-secondary institution in B.C. to sign a pledge explicitly banning the use of non-disclosure agreements in cases of abuse and harassment, and advocates are hoping it's the start of a wider trend.
